Immaculate house, nothing on the counter-tops, curtains drawn during the day time.
 
I can agree with the ominousness of the whole thing. It’s like Fluttershy is silently braving something alone, and is shutting herself away.
 
I think someone is opening the door, unsure about what they are going to see on the other side, because the door is only a crack open and no body outline can be seen.
 
So this is like the very last moment Fluttershy is truly alone, before someone finds her this way, and begins to do everything they can to help her.

It has a tone of sadness or overall ominous feeling. Coupled with the fact that there’s no one in the doorway adds to the mystery. But the fact the mystery remains is reason enough to assume the worst.  
You can’t see her face either so there the uncertainty builds and makes you think of what you’ll see if she turns around. Tears, bruises perhaps. Either way the self-induced stress is killing me.
