It can, but that’s not generally the primary effect. Your sense of touch just gets magnified a great deal, making anything you touch or feel seem… uh… fascinating? It’s hard to describe. I have to assume that the reason people enjoy having sex after taking it is because the sex just feels so different. Maybe better, but I dunno about that.
