I just checked the link, and it still works. However, it should be noted that e621 may require you to be logged in for it to display. More than that, though, given the animation runs off Flash(which has been discontinued), you’ll need some way of viewing it. If you’re comfortable downloading the embedded swf file, you can run it easily using the Adobe Flash Projector. A quick Google search should be able to tell you everything you need to know about that. You second option is to use the browser addon Ruffle. It’s still in development, but it’s a program that’s meant to restore Flash content across the web.
