Uh, G3.5 Newborn Cutie Sweetie Belle was born when two rainbows crossed each other when the Newborn Cutie Rainbow Dash had a scarf that got covered in mud.
 
Even though G4 is not G3.5, not all ponies have to have a normal birth!
 
And i am kinda joking? Or, maybe i am a filly sent by Celestia or someone else to be cared by all Mane 6?

Both. Twilight Sparkle tries to make some age-swap related spell on… say Bon-Bon. The spell hits Fluttershy instead, who gets pregnant. Rarity happened to be in-between Fluttershy and Twilight when the latter cast the spell, so some of Rarity’s hair got caught up in it, giving Fluttershy’s kid some of her genetics.
 
11 months later or whatever pegasus pregnancy is long, Fluttershy gives birth in front of Rarity, who the little foal gets imprinted on.
 
As the magical foal grows up, Twilight realized that it’s actually a Bon Bon clone with some of Fluttershy and Rarity’s genetics- except Bon Bon herself was exerted by the spell and turned into an orange, then eated by somepony- say Cherry Berry, who did not know that the orange used to be Bon Bon.
 
Fluttershy decides to call the little filly Squirmy Hooves, in honor of a teenage mare who died a few days Squirmy II was born. Squirmy I happened to have been born of a strange birth too, when Ponet dreamed a Samurott, and when he woke up he made a Samurott painting, which was so pretty, that it created a brand-new unicorn filly! Squirmy Hooves I considered herself the “daughter” of Ponet and Derpy Hooves, thus older sister of the natural-born Dinky.
 
And now Squirmy Hooves II, actually the reincarnation of Squirmy Hooves I, considers herself the daughter of Rarity and Fluttershy.

My mother has a Fluttershy personality to begin with and she’s about my best friend, so I’m biased towards Fluttershy…

Maybe Fluttershy for me. I will be able to do whatever I want anyway. It’s not like she’ll punish or spank me a lot. I mean, I’m sorry to say, but she’s a bit of a push over and I’ll even be able to manipulate her by just looking cute and innocent. She is also loving and caring, too, so she will be good.

fluttershy, she would be a great mother (being born a possible pegasus pony doesnt hurt either)

If being Rarity’s son means I get to be a unicorn, then full steam a head.  
Bonus points if I get to be a dracony like Lavender (sterility and social stigma are the only real disadvantages).

I choose Rarity…seeing as she would probably be busy with her work (cause she usually is) I’d probably enjoy myself quite a bit…she probably would just let me do my own things until it bothered her in some way. That and the amount of gems…oh damn,the uses! I have already have like 10 ideas that use gems to make something awesome.
 
 
That and I’ll be a unicorn OBVIOUSLY! Magic bitches!

So this went from you wanted to see Rarity punished for wrong reasons, to you just wanting to see her losing things, even if it involves Sweetie losing things. Clearly a sound reasoning.

You know, in one hand, if the punishment was accidental it would be worse, because it wouldn’t take into account what Sweetie wanted, for all we know she wouldn’t wish such a thing to happen to Rarity. On the other, half of the stuff in the cart may be hers, so everyone would end up losing.
