The fic didn’t use the name Charger for any of them, and the picture isn’t on Pooryorick’s current deviantart account.

Might be the same character, might just be a similar design.

That’s not Blueball. I wouldn’t put money on that being Charger, either.

I remember reading a fic that went with this picture, but the writer (RagingSemi) wasn’t the artist.
