This thing I don’t get from novels. Snape’s parents are muggle and witch: he’s halfblood. Both Harry Potter’s parents are wizards: he’s still halfblood. Where is logic? For example, all my ancestors to 7-th generation are wizards. But my 7th great-grandparents were born from muggles. Then, I’m muggle-born or I’m pure-blooded? Half-blooded?

And Harry didn’t had to fit in the magical world and had to learn what it was to be a wizard?  
And the Wizards didn’t really lift in the middle ages. Just very isolated from the rest of the world. They don’t now how to dress like muggles, ect. And are very naiv, if you even could call it that, with modern technology. And it was more like a 18th or maybe 19th century environment, since they had books, newspapers and radio.

Not really, since Harry Potter was born to a wizard and and muggle-born-witch. He is a wizard, at best a Halfblood, not a normal boy. Even when he gowned up as a “normal boy”, if you consider lifting in a closed under the stairs normal…  
Plus Hogwards is in the same Dimension/World/Universe whatever, as the normal word, it is just hidden.
 
But that’s just nitpicking…

At least in Equestria girls the main character has to adjust in a new society and come to terms with these differences.
 
Harry never made any contrasts or insights on how things worked with magic or not, which was better, the fact that all wizards live like peasants in the middle ages. (Which was kind of stupid.)
