She’s floating because, of some power that gives her the ability to, I guess? (It was the only position I could put her in to line up with Rainbow Dash’s tail.)

And I know her tail is really small, like a deer tail, but we’ll say that Applejack’s stretching her tail by pulling on it. If she can bite Rainbow Dash’s tail despite how fast Rainbow is (even though Rainbow’s tail is significantly longer)
