Except, with that, I imagine if you make even the slightest mistake, you could end up teleporting half her organs out along with the foal. Which is a pretty good reason to not do that.
Considering how common teleportation magic is among alicorns, why is she giving birth the traditional way, if it causes her so much pain? … Alicorns…
