Well if you really want to get into solipsism, one’s self is the only thing one knows for sure to be real. The only way to interact with the world outside of oneself is by perceiving, processing and reacting to various stimuli; sights, sounds, smells, tastes and physical sensations, such as touch and movement and pain.
These perceptions are far from flawless, but if one does not trust their own senses, then they cannot trust the information that these senses convey, and then the only thing left is one’s own existence.
