there’s a weird oddity at the very bottom of the image, that’s also happened to at least 4 other images from Twitter lately, where the bottom 7 rows of pixels are copied from roughly 128 rows higher.
the fact that these repeating rows are bleeding into the image proper leads me to believe that some form of upscaling was used.
