This is honestly pretty cool, kinda almost makes me want to see an expanded version of this in like a one-shot story or something. This is still great though.

Honestly, the casualty figures not directly from Nightmare Moon, but due to more warlike policy would probably do it for someone who is from a world with minimal war.
“Only a few tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of ponies died from the changelings, but don’t worry, we got a lot more of them. There was some whinging from the WPP about civilian casualties, but you know them. As for the Storm King, Zebrica only lost a few million civilians by the time we beat him. What did we do to help with that? Uh, well, ha, that’s not really my department. . . Anyways, what about you guys?”

It sounds great until you remember that Nightmare Moon’s regime probably killed/hurt more ponies that all the other villains combined.
People love strong leaders, until the dictator does something you don’t like and you realize you can’t really do anything about it. Not even making angry posts on the Internet without risking jail time.
