Lyca Heartstrings
Lyra Heartstrings is a G4 Unicorn Pony. Initially a nameless background pony in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, she was given the name Lyra by fans for her lyre cutie mark. Hasbro would later release a blind bag pony with her features named Heartstings; the following blind bag set contained the same toy with the updated named Lyra Heartstrings, which has been her name in all later merchandise.
Lyra is a background pony, usually used to fill in crowd scenes. She has also been used as a source of background humor, as she has been seen jumping around excitedly, drinking from a cup, or slouching like a person on a park bench. She often appears in the company of Sweetie Drops. Her only speaking appearance was in A Canterlot Wedding: Part 1, where she is one of Princess Cadance’s bridesmares. She is later brainwashed by Queen Chrysalis into attacking Twilight Sparkle and Princess Cadance.
