Yeah, my girlfriend’s got those blues, too. I feel bad thinking about all the underappreciated artists out there - especially the ones who do stuff like this, stuff that’s just a little bit different from the usual, stuff that clearly has a fat chunk of effort put into it even if it isn’t ‘just right’ or particularly flashy with some effect or another, yet ultimately flies under the radar for no particularly good reason, and does so in spite of being from an artist with a number of other well-received works.

I like your other pieces too, for the matter, though they’ve obviously got the numbers to show general appreciation from the crowd. I never saw your original colored rendition of the piece where Applebloom’s in a dress, but I wish it would’ve been allowed to stay up regardless. I enjoy several instances of your expression work in particular, though in that Applebloom piece I also can’t help but feel the limb posing had particular focus put on it as well, if I may say.

Well, I think it looks cool, anyway. Both the colored and uncolored versions. Love the effects of the clouds bleeding off of her, like she just popped through the ones above and they were particularly thick.
