This was my second attempt at drawing an anthropomorphic character way back in Dec. of 2023, I was steadily improving by then.

The sun rises over Gypsum Lake, highlighting a figure sitting on the edge of the pier. With her clothes dangling off of the limbs of a nearby bush, the pegasus mare is wearing nothing but perfectly fit one piece swimsuit and a happy smile. For now, Northstar has the lake all to herself. As she goes to slip on her mask and fins, she’s suddenly startled by the sound of rustling leaves and footsteps in the dirt behind her, as she stands up and turns around, she comes face to face with one of her friends. The two apparently had the same idea, and neither is the least embarrassed. If anything, they’re both overjoyed to have someone to talk to, and Northstar eagerly waves her friend over to her as her mane blows in the wind.
