Confusing text position, made me stop and think for a second where exactly Lightning Dust was featured in Hurricane Fluttershy.

WAIT A MINUTE.  
In that paragraph…….could it be?

She’s called Cloudchaser in dialogue. This is nothing more than Flower Wishes vs. Daisy – there’s no impact on anyone’s canon, but it undermines the reliability of the source.

Cloudchaser wasn’t metal enough. They just had to change it.
