oh, as far as i know, it’s not anyone specific! it’s part of the painting “below deck” or “below deck lovers on a boat” by tom lovell, an american artist who was famous for his work in 1950s pulp fiction magazines! and this was most likely for one of those as well :D srry 4 the long answer
