It looks like Mayor Mare and the other ponies burn some random guy’s house down and a pony accidentally got their tail on fire. That pony barbecuing is really enjoying themselves.

Neat picture with a lot of small details.
Given the other buildings, the size of the fire, what looks like Applejack and other ponies sitting calmly around it, this looks like a scheduled barn burning. Mayor Mare is just having a nice time at the impromptu party, being all cute.~
