No, the dragoness is Rachel fro the stories “A Week on a Cruise”,“The Queen of the Dragonlords”, and currently “The Stars that Bind Us”, all written by ChaoKnight7, I think. She is Spike’s mate and the mother of their baby dragon Igneous a.k. Iggy. You probably can check out the stories sometime if you have the time.
