I can’t speak for the artist, but for me your question didnt make sense at first. I thought you where making some kind of suggestive pun that I didn’t understand. None of it made sense until i noticed the changes to the tags.
The artist drew holly and has mistaken it for mistletoe, not really much to it. And who cares, is pretty.
I made the changes because there’s no mistletoe.
I still like to know the reason for that.
I feel like you know the answer, since you made the tag changes.
