“Queen Novo never got to experience the changing seasons all too often. Living in a tropical environment meant that the weather was usually the same. After the hippogriffs managed to return to their original home of Mount Aris, Novo was finally able to travel to other places. While she loves her warm beachside weather, something about autumn leaves her with a nice calm feeling. Maybe its because the Mount Aris hippogriffs never felt cooler weather (save for a few rare instances), or that the leaves change color and fall to the ground, or maybe that special time where pumpkins are at their most plentiful. Either way, it leaves the Queen at peace.
I haven’t drawn Novo in a hot minute, and there’s been a severe drought in Novo art lately. I want to draw her more, but at the same time I want to save all of that for Novoember. Regardless, More Novo art is always welcome.”
