DA require a proof it actually happened, such as news story. Hearsay is not enough. Plus, she was in her 60s or 70s and had kids, so she wouldn’t be a good DA candidate, anyway.

Reminded me of a superstitious neighbor. She had a bulge on her neck, but she refused to see a doctor because “he may say it’s cancer.” Well, the tumor didn’t wait for the doctor’s opinion and when she finally went to the hospital, it was too late.

Did you suggest her as a nominee for the Darwin Awards?
