Description
I like the idea that the dramatic events surounding the downfall of the Crystal Empire may have contributed to Lunas later fall and the rise of Nightmare Moon.
I’m quite happy with how this drawing turned out, though there is some room for improvement with regard to Luna and the crystals on the right. I like the aurora and the appearance of Sombra and Celestia (who is not supposed to be dead in this picture, though Luna might be unaware of that).
