British-Heavy-Metal-Dude

For anyone with long hair in case it gets pulled:
Grab the roots of the hair strands that are about/being pulled. Grab the roots that are the absolute closest to your head. Keep pressure/strength of your hand pressed against your hand where the roots are.
This will greatly limit the pain of having your hair yanked/pulled. You’ll be minus one hand, But so will the enemy. Their grab is mostly painless IF you have done it correctly. Still got the other hand to use as you see fit.
Grabbed from behind? Use both hands to grab the roots of the hair strands pulled.
Now do your best crocodile death spin while standing. As many times as it takes. That wrist grabbing you will twist and cause lots of pain. Feeling confident? If you get grabbed from behind, One hand on the roots, The other hand on the wrist and crocodile death spin while standing. Hurts even more when your not letting go of said “wrist”.
How do i know? Well…sadly…experience. But mostly practice. Once you get your mind to react to your hair being grabbed, It generally comes naturally.
