Trust me when I say that he isn’t. Fallout: Equestria and its non-canon spin off Project Horizons aren’t the same and the only content in Remains - I think if I remember correctly - are from the original with some of their own ideas spliced in the mix. Both mediums are drastically different from each other so if you plan on reading the original things will most be different.
I haven’t actually read the book and aren’t that far in the game either, but I have met Calamity already.
