I love the soft intimacy in this pic right here. Even (or some would say “especially”) in a platonic relationship, it’s such a beautiful thing when you can let yourself be so vulnerable as to doze off on someone’s lap, yet still feel completely safe and at ease in doing so.

People these days just put such an unhealthily high emphasis on romantic and sexual relationships that the importance of platonic relationships (especially between opposite sexes) is usually downplayed, ignored and/or forgotten.

At the same time, could Anon and Pinkie here be dating and/or fucking? Yeah, they could be. But this pic would just mean that little bit more (at least to me) if they just… weren’t doing that sorta thing.

Sorry about the multi-paragraph rant, I just have very strong feelings about depictions of non-sexual intimacy, and this pic scratched that itch just right.
