What evidence? Again, it’s been shown being able to lift things with telekinesis doesn’t mean you can do the same with your muscles in MLP. This still applies to Alicorns who, while possessing Earth Pony strength, have not show SUPERMAN level strength.
Again, no she didn’t. Before, she needed the amulet to raise the sun and moon. Also, Superman has survived a lot worse.
You’re making calculations based on MAGIC. You see the problem here? You can’t apply actual math to either magic or superhero physics.
No, it’s accepting reality. The creators have not stated or shown anything to support your theories. Your only “evidence” is things you’ve come up with. Which often contradict your own points.

And again, there is evidence for they do for alicorns. If your only argument is they can’t, there’s more evidence to the saying otherwise.
Twilight absorbed the literal power of the sun. Superman can’t even survive an asteroid blowing up.
I’m not making anything up. I’m making scientific calculations based on observed events in canon.
“If it’s not confirmed it’s not true” is an appeal to ignorance fallacy.

Believe me, I’ve noticed. This is why lots of people find vs. debaters annoying.
Which they can’t. Because again, telekinesis and magical output does not relate to physical strength. Which has been shown with characters who have vast telekinetic power and magical ability in the show, lacking in the physical strength department. Yes, Alicorns do have Earth Pony strength. But that has neither been shown to mean that they can lift as much with their muscles as they can with their magic, nor that they are on the level of beings like kryptonians or the New Gods.
I’ve always said that. You’ve always argued that too. But by that logic then that means Twilight being able to react that fast doesn’t mean she has faster than light reflexes.
Again, not really. She really doesn’t seem above even DCAU Superman. Especially in raw physical power.
No it doesn’t. Because you’re basically making up your own conclusions on things. If it’s not confirmed by the actual makers of the show, then it’s not so.
Going offline with your free time maybe? Seems a waste. I do other things besides debate on the internet.

I’m a Vs debater. I like Vs debating. It’s a whole community. I like talking to sharing my opinions with others who may agree or disagree. And yes I’m aware just how big a nerd I am. Thank you.
Given the argument here is whether or not alicorns physical strength could scale to the strength of their magic/telekinetic output, I stand by my point that because alicorns are an amalgamation of all three races and thus have earth pony attributes allowing them to do so.
So you admit characters WITHOUT super speed can avoid the omega beams? Cool
Exactly. I only brought up I could as an example. I won’t and don’t think that’s fair either. And I never said she doesn’t have limits, rather I’d argue her limits would be above DCAU Superman’s, at the very least in SOME ways.
That’s because MLP isn’t an action oriented show, unlike Justice League. The thing is, if something is neither confirmed or denied, it’s reasonable to reach our own conclusions based on provide with our own evidence. Herego, Twilight able to be faster than light. And Rainbow Dash already went warpspeed
What would you consider better? I already fulfill the needs for both my jobs. This is how I choose to use my free time.

I’m not denying none of us here are geeks. But there’s geek, and then there’s GEEK. Again, nobody universally agreed to these rules and yet you act like they are written in stone. Also, you can consider a lot of things character induced stupidity based on your views.
For a long time, they didn’t. For a lot of pony history, Alicorns didn’t exist. Alicorn magic is just a higher level of unicorn magic, but the principles are still the same.
A lot of characters without superspeed have done that too. Remember, Batman has avoided Darkseid’s Omega Beams. But you’re trying to portray that Twilight is somehow faster than light.
You can do it all you want. But you’re going against your own rules doing so. And I’m not lowballing Twilight. But you act as if she doesn’t have limits. Seems more like you’re doing this out of spite.
First, lots of creatures in Equestria have shown to have incredible speed. Second, nowhere has it been stated by the showrunners or the characters that Twilight is faster than light. Otherwise, she could have solved things a lot differently on multiple occasions. Rainbow Dash is the fastest of the main characters, and even she’s not faster than light.
So basically you just admit you have nothing better to do.

If the writer cannot make a successful way to take down a villain that feels organic, then something is off with either the writing crew or the character itself.
The kriptonite itself is already somewhat stupid as a concept because that was essentially created so Superman could have a weakness that would actually add some tension in the narrative. That’s because is hard to make a powerful character and then make a good story if you notice the world setting is ill fitted. Either that or just make an even more brutally OP enemy like Doomsday.
That’s the reason why Batman, for all his tidbits is one of the few DC icons that remain beloved. The character is vulnerable, but not only he’s aware of that but is a character that works around said vulnerabilities when its well written (key concept: when its well written, he also had his gary stu moments sadly). Both strenghts and weaknesses can be dangerous if the writing is not up to the task.

Also, magic and science works differently.
Even if we go by technical aspects of “Magic A is Magic A” within a fictional product, philosophically speaking science is still “bend the rules” while magic is “break the rules”.
