-lungo(espresso portion of ground coffee, but made with more water, so bigger portion and more caffeine)
-ristretto(espresso portion of ground coffee with far less water, resulting in overconcentrated mini-portion)
-americano(diluted espresso, bigger portion but the same caffeine)
-doppio(two portions of espresso in the same cup)
Ah. That makes total sense.
