That is just Pinkie Pie’s head on Izzy’s body. You can see they got Izzy’s tail color right. So either it was a mistake or they ran out of Izzy heads that day and just used Pinkie heads. Got to keep that production line moving!

How did they mess up, you ask? Hasbro, who made this, either:
  1. Rushed through stuff and forgot Izzy’s original color (which is blue) and her pony type.
    or
  2. They used Pinkie’s mane and body color schemes from older merchandise and used it for Izzy.
