This is a good scale, if you’ve been around hourses, the human figure is around 5’9 or 10” it looks like celestia is about 14.2 hands or so, which is at the upper limit of a pony
horses are big critters, I honestly see luna as a bit taller, but different ratios,

Big mac’s body is taller than Luna in the image. But his head and neck is in a different position from the others in the image. That said, even with his head in the same position as everyone else he’d still be slightly shorter because he doesn’t have the royal swan neck.

Unless this is designed to be someone’s own interpretation, it’s not show-accurate. Luna is canonically almost exactly the same size as an average stallion, certainly not taller than Big Mac.

Im pretty sure they are supposed to be little ponies, not giant ponies. This chart is wrong.
