Actually, Rainbow Dash wouldn’t be called a Werepony. “Were” comes from Welsh for Man. Therefore, a werepony would be a human that turns into a pony man at nighttime.

Let’s be honest though, she’s not much of a lycan.
 
She does look more like a vampire with the fangs and bat wings ensemble.
