Mass is energy, they’re the same thing. Most of the mass of everything you lift is really just energy contained in strong nuclear interaction, and mass is what makes things heavy, cause it’s attracted towards the mass of the giant rock you stand on.
Energy is a property of stuff allowing it to do do things to other stuff (physical work). Cuteness seems like a property of stuff (e.g. Rainbow Dash) that can make other stuff (e.g. You) do things (e.g. hug), it can therefore be thought of as a form of energy. And energy is mass, which causes weight. So cuteness is mass and causes things to weight.
Therefor I posit that Dashie is heavy due to the mass-energy of her cuteness.
