They could bring in a new Seiyuu for that. Although no one could fully replace a legend. It would be an uphill endeavor for whoever they get for the role

Germany really didn’t have that many battleships in WW2(WW1 Imperial Germans rivalled British Royal Navy), and much of their surface fleets had been sunk by that point.

Hopefully the Royal Navy gets one. They haven’t had a major event for almost 2 years now, and they’re lacking up to date ships lately.
