Description
Nightmare Moon (Princess Luna) hosted an annual costume festival, in her private palace, far south, where characters from several different timelines and dimensions gather to have good time, whether it was a in the ball room, watching Luna preform with a chosen band, or activity in the party room. It was called the Hallows Galla.
