I feel ya, really, I do, but from personal experience there isn’t much to be done other than offer resources to help and some limited support. They could have something going on, and while I don’t really know what they said now, there are healthier outlets for them than what seems like an unwarranted attack on someone’s character regardless of whether their complaint is legitimate (no offense intended towards you). If it continues, offer help if you wish but keep in mind that at some point you might have to just say “not my circus, not my monkeys”. Don’t let yourself be a punching bag, that’s not good for either of you.
I kinda genuinely feel worried, like actually. That person was having a full blown meltdown over the concept of creating accounts.
Not much you can do about it, just let it run its course and don’t take personally.

[Edit] Guess their comments got removed. They were being really pushy and rude because they don’t like making accounts to view my art on Discord or FA and I was worried about them.
