It is a propaganda poster from the Iron IV mod Equestria at War. In this mod, you lead a nation from the mlp universe in a world war 2 settings. The mod is really big and well made and has a lot of lore. If you have at least a slite interest in PC real-time strategy games I would highly recommend checking it out. I for example bought the Game Iron IV two months ago just because of the mod. The already 80 hours I played since then was a lot of fun. You could easily spend 500 hours and still have not seen all aspects of the custom-made nations and map. ^^

Is this another reference to Fallout I wonder? Only because there was a lot of pre-war propoganda posters in the same vein scattered all over old ruins and buildings in those games.
