It’d definitely heat it up and fairly fast. You’d want to check one of the things out in a store, first, they’re usually pretty small.
Assuming I just do a slice or two at a time? I normally heat them in the oven at 350F for 5min
I can’t say I’ve tried… probably does the work well enough if at a low heat so you don’t just dry the thing. Mind, most air fryers are fairly small, you’d be hard pressed to find one that can comfortably fit a full slice.

Would you say it’s good for reheating pizza? I normally use the oven for that but it is enough of a hassle that I wouldn’t mind an alternative that isn’t the microwave.

I mean, sure, I have one as well; it’s relatively small considering what it does, and performs as well as or better than a convection oven for a decent number of things.
Ours pretty much replaced the toaster oven and not much else. It’s been good for reheating cold french fries though.

It’s a few years old. Basically once air fryers became a thing, early adopters started boasting about them being amazing and revolutionary; years later, they still did, despite air fryers now being fairly cheap and common.
Maybe it’s one of those “this meme is from the future” dealies.
