That is true. Though it would be interesting if they could turn into clocks, minus all the weird stuff.
A clock, however, is no inanimate object like a rock. It’s a complex mechanism consisting of who knows how many tiny parts.
I don’t know if it was still the case post-Season 6, but in “The Times They Are A Changeling”, it’s shown that they could turn into inanimate objects.
I think I’ve seen images like that. Some people draw very nasty and weird stuff.
Oh ok, it’s just his eyes and how he said “enjoy some treats” are just kind of suggestive. I guess I’m just too perverted. :P
