Lovely and very cute little comic commission for Martinuslunaris :iconmartinuslunaris:
I had so much fun drawing this. The Sphinx is so cute. I love her so much ^^
The pose I made for the Sphinx turned out so good that I turned that into a pin.
A comment from the commissioner:
“It has been 4 years ago since these two characters was released. Mlp has always had a special place in my heart, even long before Somnambula and Sphinx was shown. Their story was short but so effectfull on me. I wanted to learn more about them and i discovered another world. Reading and study about the sphinxes makes me find a fire of inspiration and motivation. Somnambula became my new favorite pony female character with her design, her optimism, wisedom and mysterious background there became much more exiting if you read the comics (especially “The Legends of Magic”). Friends there shared the same interests to them mades my passion grow.
I hope you people likes this short comic to celebrate Somnambula and Sphinx. Sorry that i could not include Hisan. Maybe next year.”

I like that. Somnambula was brave enough to take on the Sphinx and since poor Jinxy has nothing better to do, she might as well get to know the pony who has bested her.
This headcanon…I can accept.
