Haha, nah, I think it’s cuz you can far more easily see the number from the flank than from the chest, so yeah, it’s Harshwhinny being Harshwhinny :D Although, the CM being right under it does pose a problem with ponies with near-identical design :P
Honestly I’m just wondering how they’re supposed to put on those things without feeling sexually harassed, but considering the ponykind’s general lack of personal space, that’s probably not an issue for them. Putting things on butts must be pretty normal for ponies. :P
