ZOOM IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT MAKES IT MUCH CLEARER!!!!!!!!!!!!Okay, this was done a long time ago, on MS Paint, with my mouse, so….that’s all I’m gonna say.So, for the background, I made a gradient, then I used mostly pencil for the hippocamp itself. I used spray paint on the purple thingamy.TOOLS:
