I dunno, Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters seem like the type to bang a guy first before devouring them. So the scenario Celestia and Rally are playing doesn’t seem all that far fetched. At least to me it doesn’t.

It’s more than likely just fan service then. She’s dressed as Dimitriscu and her entire goal in the game is to hunt down and kill the main character after he enters her residence. They’re just getting creative here with how they do it because of kinks. As I said in my earlier comment, she’s a one in all package to the fanbase and it doesn’t matter if they’re human or not. If they’re attractive then they’ll quickly be used for all sorts of lewd stuff. It’s understandable though of how those that aren’t into or know about roleplay would not make sense out of it.
