Sia was walking to her room when she suddenly heard a child cry.
“There are no children in the castle, as far as I remember,” flashed through my head. She followed the sound and soon came out to the main entrance, where the main guard stood. Sia noticed a basket next to one of them.
“What the…”
When she came closer she saw a little foal.

“Where does this basket come from?”–Sia asked.

• About half an hour ago, someone put this basket under the gate, the foal began to cry and then we brought her here.
  “She’s probably hungry”–Sia glanced decisively at the basket and then at the guard.
• I will take her to my room…
