Yes, your eyes don’t deceive you - this pose is based on a drawing originally by Pyruvate.  
Additionally, This version of mine was made using a base of the pose by simpleplan4life that was posted here years ago, who I assume got permission.
 
With that said, I’ve always wanted to do this. Glass Sight is the most adorable mare I know, so it’d only be fitting to put her in an adorable nurse’s outfit!
