The pony wouldn’t be like a normal pony with all the organs and what not, instead the esophagus (throat) would lead to a corridor with rooms. The rooms would be cozy places with a bed a nightstand etc. like an inn in rpg games. The complex part is that the bigger pony would need to be able to move without disrupting the passengers. So each room is weighted on the bottom and can freely rotate. (not sure how one would enter a room if the big pony is tilted sideways but maybe they would just be ‘closed’ at that time. (Essentially imagine the pony goes to lie down on their right side, the rooms would rotate so that each bed inside is still level. the rooms on the left side of the pony will then have a sunroof whilst rooms on the left will have windows in the ground ( which if we were to look through these windows at this time the room wouldn’t be visible, just a red wall, as this is the ground the bed is resting on)).
 
If your still following me, I would make the hotel pony two stories tall with six windows on each side to fill in as much space on each side as possible. The rooms would be heated from natural body heat of the bigger pony and the furniture would have a fleshy aesthetic. Plus you may or may not be able to hear the bigger pony’s heart beating softly.
 
All together, you get a comfy place to sleep, stay warm, safety from the elements, and you don’t even have to worry about the bigger pony running around, as the room will just reorient itself so you don’t go flying around (at least maybe not too much).

And given that making nsfw isn’t really your thing I got another idea you could do one day (if you want).
 
A pony vore where you can see windows on the sides (I was thinking like six each side but that’s up to you). Each time they eat someone they fill a room, the room is a spherical container that remains level to the ground, as the pony trots the room rocks back and forth lulling them to sleep. (you could even entertain a joke about the back door). Have one close some blinds on the window. etc. etc.
 
Essentially a walking hotel.

The client gave me this reference and it is true, they are reddish purple and at first I thought it was simply red, small details.

It didn’t show the inside which means I’m going to substantiate that because she is a succubus her insides should be tenties! After all, if she gains sustenance from lust alone there would be no need for the regular digestive tract and all  
of that. Plus a lot of people like vore so this would make her more desirable as a succubus as they could be vored again and again. The apple was just some food for tiny pony as a catering service for their nice warm stay.
 
At least that is the head cannon I just came up with, we will have to wait for confirmation to be sure!

One thing though, her eyes are actually purple, not red. A reddish purple, but still purple.
