In Greek mythology there were just three Sirens and they were unique one of a kind beings, so I just stick with that personally.

Those three count as problem sirens.
They will change their mind when they realize some of us try to eat their youths and subsequently them. And then they start distrusting us and even seeing us as threats. No more siren snuggles and taco parties because they’re not allowed to make contact with humans. They’ll even try to attack us if they see us. D:

Sirens are more or less neutral these days. They used to prey on humans, but humans have just gotten better at resisting their siren music and fighting back, so now it’s just too much of a liability. It’s just too much of a headache to attack humans these days, barring odd cases like The Dazzlings. That said, one siren can still cause a ton of damage if it feels like it and you certainly wouldn’t want to take one on one-on-one :P
Pretty damn confident considering the amount of mounted siren heads on my wall.
Ps sirens can’t throw things they have no hands and no Telekinesis.
Pss if i miss the first throw I always have a fireball spell and plenty of back ups.
Psss male sirens are easier to hunt then females.

And it’s not hard for them to dodge or catch that harpoon and throw it back at you. How are you so confident we are on top of the food chain? :P

Honestly, I don’t have a whole lot of good ideas with them. I do like the idea that they’re just emotion manipulators on the whole, and can amplify any emotions to feed off of them rather than needing negativity :D
Mhm. We can get a lot for selling this rare Yellowfin sardine. And of course, great taste.
Any fun ideas with sirens? Basically no information on them but I’d assume the gems we see aren’t normal at all, being able to fly around and shoot lasers is probably related to the magic they absorbed, so what would normal sirens who don’t want to take over the world do? Can they even last outside the water?
