This seems too real to just be fan art. Is this a real video? The EXPLANATION of the concept of the picture, is a fake excuse from “brotherhooves social.” That’s all I know.

I would imagine an alternative version where the train is unfortunately blocked and AppleBloom would have to go to the bathroom to pee but, since there is no toilet on the train and well she will use her bow on her mane as a sanitary napkin for peeing 😆
 
I just hope that my idea should not offend you because, I will be extremely embarrassed😰

Luckily that didn’t happen to apple bloom throughout nine years instead it happened to pinkie pie. But when better together continues soon, there’s a slight chance to WILL happen to the human Apple bloom and/or human sweetie belle and human scootaloo. Seeing how the bladder is more sensitive in the human world than in Equestria. Possibly and mostly to teenagers.
