Gonna be a challenge with the hair, photoshop’s selection AI should be able to help with that, though not sure how consistent it would be across frames.
It’s official movie promo animation, there is no single defined “artist”, just a wagie animator for Hasbro.
They was just delay those things are aswell that’s how delays things works.
I know they couldn’t delay it because they have a special and series, so this needs to be released in September to keep everything on track. It’s just unfortunate this happened after they worked so hard on the movie for years.
Hasbro probably didn’t want to deal with delayed because of coronavirus.
Even with the vaccine Paramount would still delay because they had to delay of the movies

4K horses look real nice, kinda reminds me of zootopia.
