In the ep, Screw Loose didn’t bark - as Spike was passing, Winona yipped, and the nurse pony (who had been checking in on Screw Loose but at the moment wasn’t looking right at her) gave a “Was that you?” stare at Screw Loose. Screw Loose reacted “NO NO THAT WASNT ME!” (captured perfectly here).
