To be honest, with the tanned outlines of a one piece swimsuit she has, I'd say she's possibly performing for her most promising swimmer. Though seeing her smirk, they are probably drying up after a swim session, and she's purposefully gone into the same area as the lucky chap.
Heck, even at that point she trys to make it seem normal, and tells him that's her way of drying up.
I do enjoy these brainstorming sessions, always adds more to the image. XD
