Who cares. The comic universe and the tv universe of MLP are the same universe. And I don’t know why are these changelings being loyal to Queen Chrysalis despite being reformed and loyal to King Thorax, Tempest Reformed, Smolder, Yona, Ocellus, Silverstream, and Gallus moved to Ponyville, and Spike has wings. Maybe it was not canon because the Changelings are now loyal to Chrysalis instead of Thorax. Or maybe it is canon because the changeling present throughout Friendship in Disguise and The Magic of Cybertron were just leftover changelings. But what do you think? Is the crossover between My Little Pony and Transformers canon or not?

Wonder if the Royal Sisters got to have a kickass moment too?  
Or at least Luna?

She’s a strong little pony. A determination that is indestructible and very fast.

Five high tier magic users, a dragon, Twilight’s young apprentice, a good shapeshifter, two earth ponies… I think Scootaloo is a bit out of place here, to be honest, and is it just me, or is she looking a bit more apprehensive than the others are?

You can always say it’s the changelings who spent the Season 6 finale out in the field impersonating the Mane 6 and the Princesses – the ones who weren’t back at the hive when all the others had their big metamorphosis.

But internally consistent, as Tempest was also in the Crystal Empire when Luna went to recruit her for the Nightmare Knights comic; it looks like the comic authors are making that Tempest’s default base of operations ever since the issue where she made up with Glitter Drops (#67, methinks).
